Hello:
I have an image file for Win 7. My computer at home support booting from a USB drive.
How can I mount the image into my USB HDD and make it bootable.

Extract the ISO to the thumb drive. Done
Just make sure BOOTMGR is on ROOT
Guess its a bit different if you use just win 7. (I have multiple stups on a drive using grub4dos to select them)

This Microsoft tool will create a bootable USB thumbdrive from a windows 7 ISO file that you can use to install windows 7 from.
