Is there an IDE 1TB drive?

Or am I looking for unicorn teeth? I see a 750 GB IDE, so far no 1TB love on IDE, only on SATA, I’d really not like to let my raid5 controller go to waste, Not with 125 megs of on board ram.

as far as drives, majority says no major brands make them, but some no names do,

I would stick with the adapter
