can you please check it out if my pc is clean? i recently scanned my pc yesterday and found nothing., my problem is my pc starts slow upon statrup i only have 256memory 32videocard built-in

I see the log but what trouble are you having with your computer, is it to slow, is it popups, is it a Trojan or Spyware or Adware that maybe a Anti-Virus program keeps stopping access to your computer often? I can't diagnosis what problem you are having without your reply.

Thanks: Scan Vernable Ports and close whats open. Scan your Program Files for Malware and Spyware, maybe the Anti-Virus needs updating first (do that). Remove programs that are not necessary and fix the registry. Your computer needs you.

You got alot of stuff on start the temp one in particuluar is phishy delete the temp files in the temp folder. Goto start run type msconifg take some things off of startup Get some ram if you have the means or atleast a seperate vid card that way the board is not leaching it. Goto start menu control panel click on system peformance settings ,and check adjust this machine for the best performance.

No need to have avg antispy and super antispy running at the same time.
Do as suggested above and get rid of temp files. Go to start > programs > accessories > system tools > disk cleanup and get rid of all temp stuff.
