BOOTVIS? improve or not improve

just found some information about Bootvis. People claim that could improve the boot time for windows. however, I checked out the offical site which said the tool is just for developer uses. Any idea?
I didn't try it since not sure what result would come out...

Eh, looks liek a good tool, lots of people seem to use it, but its too complicated/tiome consuming for me.
