if you have powerlink and have downloaded the e-support assistant from the powerlink website... when you test the server status.. there is a server omega.adelphia.net actually i thiink mine is omega.dov.adelphia.net but i could be wrong.. it says that this server is for testing your connection speed. but i tried to connect to it by http and ftp..and nothing would happen.. and here is a pic from neotrace..
it is reachable.. but just dont know how? any suggestions.. or should i just call tech support and wait 45 minutes for them to answer my call/

I have adelphia powerlink but I won't be of much help cuz my cable company just went to adelphia two months ago and i have emailed them to see when they will make e assistant windows me compatible.. but they responded that they do not offer tech support to my current provider which is them..go figure..i guess cuz my email hasn't switched over to @adelphia.net but it is still @prestige.net they won't help. anyway when they offer support i'll try and help
Sublime I had the same proplem and didn't fell like waiting for tech support so I just wiped it out, I think it's pretty worthless anyway. If I figure it out I'll let you know.
sublime....I had Adelphia ,Are you trying to do the speed test from the Omega ftp server ? If you are I can help you but not using Adelphia's e-support but in dos...Let me know....
