Pilates

I have been wanting to try out pilates for some time now. Last time I went to the gym I almost signed up for a class but instead purchased a video to try it at home. My first attempt to try ended quickly when my 3 year old started laughing at me two minutes into the exercise. My next attempt ended when they layed on their backs and put their feet on the floor above their head. Deffinately not something for a beginner.

Yeah, my wife like's Pilates, they seem to be pretty cool, she doesn't like it when I'm around and she's doing them since I'm always makin some wiseass comment!!

look into basic pilates if the others are too difficult.

They're good to have, but only in planes.

My Ex got the book and started doing that after we had our son. Never saw her do it but she was in shape quickly. People didnt believe she had a kid so soon after.
Too bad there wasn't a pilates for attitude she was such a beach.
