need help. many pages( links to pages ) wont open

when i click on them they go to always the same site: http://www.qksrv.net/ and then numbers. but the page cant be displayed? some reason it wont go to the right site i want it to go to but tries to go to http://www.qksrv.net? when i check the properties of that site( that cant be displayed ) i come up with this

res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\shdoclc.dll/dnserror.htm#http://www.qksrv.net/click-756698-171875

is it because the shdoclc.dll file was curropted? because many pages on google and other sites wont open. just go to this site!!!!??!?!??!!?\

plz help quick!

Qksrv.net is advertising, why do you want to go to banner ad links?

u dont understand. im not clicking on banner ads. i click on sites at trusted sites. they just go there. many sites links do this?

this site is only one of them[URL=http://www.gamesites200.com/warcraft/] then click on: sick of lag? ( i no that doesnt apply to me having comcast cable and not aol) this iste doesnt open right going to that q***.net site.
