Optimum temps for cpu's

Anyone have a link to a site that lists optimum cpu temps for the different chips.
athlons
p3's
and all the rest.
Its a question that comes up from time to time and one that I seldom have a definitive answer for.

Here is a link with specs for various cpu's. There is a max operating temp but as for optimum temp running the cpu as cool as possible is better.

Generally, these are good temp ranges to go by. It all depends on how aggressively you cool the CPU, though.

30-35 C @ idle

36-45 C @ load
