Tracert looks normal ! But TCP WIndows is too high for 2Mbps line ! It should be 127776 !

And for youtube streaming , try :

+ Set your DefaultTOSValue (in TCP OPtimizer) to 136 or 184
+ Using video accelerators programs like SpeedBit Video Accelerator...
