Well a majority of hot young girls iv'e been with my age still haven't grown up so to speak. You know still get plastered every weekend, being beligerant drunks, the " OMG did you see what Paris Hilton did this weeked, Lohan etc. Following the trend in every magazine that is out, extremly materialistic around where I live etc.. that and the fact they can't hold a conversation on any subjects im interested in, or it all goes completely over their heads and I get the puppy tilt head look from them. Plus the few older woman 12-15+ (Look damn fine to me still) older than I have been pleasant and fun, and I find they actually can hold a conversation and are done with most of the BS girls go through at a young age. Also they need not be milfs, just older lol.

my advice then, is to plug the young ones and get a milf for the long haul
