I think he means Jr. Colleges. Many kids at these schools drop out to work. Not a bad idea but I'd still look at the unemployment offices as well.

... i joined after doing a year of college, and im not the only one.

how many people do u know that went to college failed out after the first semmester or the first year? i know a lot of people in my unit joined after a semmester or a year of college.

If you have the time that is this Open House isn't like this week or next week, you could call a few radio stations and have them run a quick spot for it. Saying the blah blah blah Armory is holding an open house this weekend so come down and check it out. That, or if you have community newspapers, (Around here we have the Sun Newspapers) you could run an advertisement in there, or if you have a Community Television station you could run an ad there. I wouldn't limit it to just putting up signs. Unless you don't have much of a budget.
