Sava700 wrote:I know there are flaws with it but you have to understand that the majority of flaws are not caused by Firefox.. usually a add-on, another application, windows errors are the likely causes. You have more problems with your system than anyone that I've ever read about, not that it's your fault but don't you think it's time to simplify the whole system with a fresh format, just Win7 install and drivers then ONLY run a few applications instead of pounding the system so full of crap that you don't have a clue what is going on? I'm more than willing to help you set it up properly as are many others here - you just have to ask :)
Sava, Plz dont insult by saying I have no clue what is going on. I have my A+ cert and Network cert. I am not "pounding the system so full of crap that you have no clue as to what is going on". As to have so many probs with my system as you have never read about did you ever think it maybe someone else that i am trying to fix? I doubt it. You just can't understand there maybe flaws in FF 4 as I have pointed out to you with 2 quick links I showed you which took me 30 seconds to pull out, I am the biggest advocate of firefox as there is but you have to understand nothing is perfect and FF is one of them.

I didn't insult you, I pointed out you don't know what is going on and you don't or else you wouldn't be asking for a solution to this or other problems. It's ok, I've asked for help here and other places as well cause I didn't know what was going on with a certain issue. As for A+ and Net+ well awesome.. great that you took the time but I'm telling you just from what I've read about what you've been dealing with over the last several months that something isn't right with your system. There are many users including Yard and myself that aren't having the issues you are with FF4.0 therefore it very well likely to be something else another app or what have you causing it.

I can google for links too, does that mean they too are not having issues caused by similar effects from apps, corruption or other unknown factors besides a flaw that may or may not exist in FF4.0??

Lastly, this isn't the first time you've blown up at me or someone else for applying a 3rd party view on your issues not just FireFox related. You really gotta learn to take constructive criticism a little better but I also understand you may not be receptive to it and think I or anyone else is just being plain negative and that isn't the case.

Again, I'm willing to help you regardless of what A+,N+, R+ or whatever ++ you have.

Well, when it comes to FF 4.0 and whether or not there aren't any issues with it lets just agree to disagree.

not doing remote work on it.. got some info in PM but so far I think it could be a add-on or extension causing it as there are many.

The thing is any add-on will still make its presence known in the files from the install thus why FF needs a restart on installing them/updating them.

There was a small arrow next to Back and Forward buttons in the previous version. That arrow will show the current history pages of the current tab we are viewing. It was very useful function when you open several tabs at a time. Now we can't go back to the previous history link for that tab. Only the main History.

Also the resizing the buttons don't work.

I wonder where we can contact them to put it back.

"right click the back or forward button "

Thank you very much. I would have never known that is there, may be by accidental revelation down the road.

It is very useful now.

FireFox 5.0 Beta 3 released - wouldn't surprise me to see a RC1 release in the next week or so with a final at the end of the month.
