Tonights special entree!
Pepper-Jack New York Strip Steaks....marinated in Jack Danials Kentucky bourbon. Rolled in fresh crushed black peppercorns...then flame broiled.
Topped with some sliced sh|take mushrooms pan seared in worcestershire sauce and shallots.
Baked potato...sour cream 'n chives.
Flame grilled aspargus
