I'm sipping my St patty's Home brew at the moment. This year I made a dark stout.
I've added a bunch for green food coloring to this year's batch, just before I bottled it back in November. The Head is a nice green color, but it is to dark to tell that the beer is green. Since it's been aged from last November It's a pretty good Stout.
