Hi syncmaster

to be quite honest, i am living in it.

Canada is a wonderful country.

warm & friendly people, great scenery, lot's of water, uncrowded 26 million people.

4 seasonal climate, hunting & fishing are world class.Great hockey and a good place to raise kid's.

no border restrictions (3500 miles)and some dynamite ladies, also world class.,

great beer and even better whiskey's.and the USA for a neighbour, with easy access to each country.

it's hard to beat. other places offer various climates, etc, but as a whole. i'm here to stay.

Iceland. Don't ask me why, i just kind of connected with it. Maybe its cuz i'm half swedish and until i visit there i'll be drawn to scandinavian-type countries and cultures. life just sort of makes sense up there.

i'm headed to japan next week, which is a big deal. really looking forward to it. from what i've heard it sounds like an awesome place. i was told to carry all my spending money in cash, because there are hardly any bank machines. apparently that isn't dangerous at all, because theres hardly any crime!
Funny is when a fat lady walks around while someone plays the tuba. Once you've seen that, you'll never laugh at anything else. Except maybe a skeleton dancing around while someone plays the xylophone, which is almost exactly the opposite of a fat lady walking around while someone plays the tuba. Well, a skeleton is the opposite of a fat lady. But is a xylophone the opposite of a tuba? History will decide.

Im with Prey
Puerto Rico baby!
#1 its an island
#2 its warm
#3 there are nice beaches
#4 puerto rican women...need I say more

I see some of you guys would like to live in Japan. The culture is very different from American culture. Im not too sure I would fit in...same with the entertainment. (their pornography is notorious though :) )
The population here is around 25% japanese...my school was probably around 50% japanese and it was 2000 people)
But then again the ones here aren't anything like what you would expect from Japan.

*LMAO* You haven't tried Dutch, hehehe... or Finish! If you only look at the names of people from Finland you go WTF?!?!?!? Here are some examples:

Tiina Lehvonen
Matti Aikio
Juha Lehtioksa
Toni Lahtinen
Sami Boman
Jani Laaksonen
Janne Ojala
Pia Pulkkinen
Saara Hellström
Jani Saajanaho
Janne Peltonen
Toni Haataja
Tomi Koivusaari
Esa Holopainen
Olli-Pekka Laine
Jan Rechnerger
Kasper Martenson

This is just a random list of really-existing people, I got the names out of CD covers of Finish bands.

Anyhow, I think my dream country.. Hmmm.. haven't seen it yet. So far, Netherlands, but it may change to some Scandianavian country (Norway, Sweden, Finland, Iceland) or to Canada. But before I can proclaim them my dream country, I'd have to see it first.

Cheers,

hehehe yes i know what are you talking about ,ones i had a girl friend from Norway ..

Her name was SOOL ,in translation in english SUN ...

Se whas very good looking ,nearly Top model .
We had together very nice momments .
I can say that she was the woman of my dreams, now that she left away ,i really have a problem ,all womans looks too me as second class ..
Any way i have just to live with it .
Do not ask me why i did not run to get her in my life for ever ... Thats a very personal question .

Japan is my dream place because deep inside me i feel that my internal world will be happy there .
In my blood i have the flame of the warrier with high standarts ethical and spiritual .
I do not care about the night life of Tokyo :)
So my opinion is not based of be a tourist in a country ,but all the life style includet.

I like my country also ,as Greek i have learn from my childhood to be pride and always ready to die for it .
And most of all to Win the enemy before i die :)
Greece is great country with great people and culture .
Greece was always a free country ,or was trying to get free :)
The american freedom is not my dream ,Greeks the past 3000 years are born or die free ..
My computer is my pride, so be careful with your comments about it !!

Well, I lived in Italy (2 years), Australia (4 years), and Japan (4 years).
Visited Hawaii, New Zealand, China, Germany, Yugoslavia, Greece, France, Switzerland, Korea, Netherlands, and a few more (pretty much all of Europe except England and Spain).
Add the far east in there and I have seen quite a bit.

I would choose Australia or Japan. Both are beautiful and the people are great! It would be a hard decision but I would go back to either in a heartbeat if I could make the same money (or better). :)

Peace,
