if you like console games xbox is great... never got a freezing thing or a missing dll file...

Dude, I was just saying what I have done to it. I went to the local FuncoLand, played for 5 minutes, and froze it twice.

Went to a friends house, played some Halo (sweet game, for the 10 minutes that went by before it crashed).

Don't come here and just tell people off, if you think you earn people's respect here by trying to make someone else seem inferior, you will not get far, and if you want to be immature like that, then it would be better if you left.

And of course the X-Box is not a computer! I never said it was. It's a wanna-be one. hard drive? come on....

Found this on gamersmark.com:
In the future, the broadband adapter will allow you to connect to online gaming sessions for multi-player gaming across the Internet.

Broadband capability is scheduled to go live in the summer of 2002. For more information, visit http://www.xbox.com.

Since you stated that Xbox crash which I beleive you, I have ran mine for 3 days straight with halo in it now and it has not crashed or anything Working fine. They had Xbox unleashed which was 48 hours of non stop playing with TONS of XBOXs and none of them crashed. So if the HD is pointless why is GC going to adapt a slow ass 1 gig for the GC if it is sooo pointless. You have no right to come here and put him down. You think your superior here cause you have 200 more post than him. I dont know whos repsect you have around here but it isnt mine.
We have seen their kind before. They're the heirs of all the murderous ideologies of the 20th century. By sacrificing human life to serve their radical visions, by abandoning every value except the will to power, they follow in the path of fascism, Nazism and totalitarianism. And they will follow that path all the way to where it ends in history's unmarked grave of discarded lies.

I never said I had any respect, and I never did put him down.

And for the crashing thing, again, that is what happened to me. I never told him he should not get it, because he will probably have better luck with it than me.

Actually you can play online now, As long as you have a link feature available you trick the xbox into thinking other XBOXs on the NET are actually on the same LAN. By using Gamespy.

Here you are http://www.gamespyarcade.com/support/tunnel_xbox.shtml

Master7 I do get outta control I am sorry just I just dont like when people say that. You are a better person by not trying to Argue with me.

Yeah, that stuff has been out for a while, but I've never had the time to actually try it out (even over the break). You try it yet Merc?

Why yes I have and it is very very fun, but a lot of the poeple who host are looking for people who have 2 or more on their XBOX and it gets frustrating looking for games.

Sorry to tell you this but my friend's PS2 is so buggy that he's taking it back.

Early PS2's were very buggy, something to do with DVD drivers. Most recent PS2's should be fine, but retailers aren't going to tell you what version of the hardware they're selling you.

The big problem is that it doesn't play certain movies. Some lock up, others get extremely pixellated for a minute after the layer change. I believe Sony has a remote/cd set that will update the DVD driver, but aside from that, I don't see how the PS2 is "buggy" itsself.

And even though the XBOX seems to play most of those discs that the PS2 has problems with, I have found a couple of my discs that occasionally have problems being played back on it (nothing major, just minor stuff).

Aside from just the drivers, I believe there has been some minor streamlining done, along with improvements on components previously prone to fault. Same thing happens with most hardware over time, you just don't hear about it.
