After reading everything you can choose your operating system type to install that program.
You'll need to choose a folding name such as your on line name 'RaisinCain' and input a team number of 15 for our team.
Once your setup if you have any questions someone here can probably answer them, or direct you to someone who can.
Welcome to the team.

P.S.
I have 3 rigs folding and here is their point output.
1. Intel i7 860 @ 2.80 Ghz (8 cores throttled down to 4 to accommodate my gpus) @ 3,200 Points Per Day (PPD)
The 3 GTX 660's installed fold at 40,000 to 42,000 PPD but other work units sometimes drop it to 10,000 to 20,000 PPD
2. Intel i7 950 @ 3.07 Ghz ((8 cores throttled down to 6 to accommodate my gpus) @ 10,000 PPD
A pair of GTX 650's getting 10,000 to 15,000 PPD
3. AMD duel 6238's total of 24 cores. Throttled down to 22 cores getting 50,000 PPD
A GTX 650 getting 12,500 PPD
A GTX 670 getting 67,000 PPD
I'm currently averaging about 274,000 PPD on the 3 rigs total.
But you can see the difference between types of hardware.
If by chance you had a new TITAN Graphics card I hear they can get around 145,000 PPD.
