Ages a go I put it to 0% now i want t put it to 20& I can't remember how I did this can I have some help please.

What do you mean by QOS and what did you put to 0%, please give in more details.

There is a tweak guide on how to disable qos I belive it's under the more xp tweaks in the sg articles.
