I Need Help Please. Bout to tear my hair out

my comp was working fine.
i do know that the Powr supply wasent nuff to run the comp but it did.
im not sure on the specs but it was a comp made by ChrisMcCpu.

verything was working fine until i moved the DVD drive forward a little bit then when i hooked the comp all back up . the screen said "No Video Input"

then i look and seen that the comp TURNS ON and the fan goes..but the lights on the bottom of the back where the ethernet cable goes and the USB ports and the Video Card. i noticed that the lights wernt coming on..and my keyboard wasent lighting up. but both the cpu fan and the GPU fan were going??

what could it be?
please tell me i didnt fry my Motherboard..

or maybe that the Powr supply jsut isnt turning the mother board..im so confused..and im not really a good INSIDE the comp kinda guy..thats why i usually have my cousin CHrisMcCpu fix my problems but i cant get ahold of him?

any ideas???

fixed. i guess the GPU was nudged out... silly me.
