Delldimension 8250 Running CPU Usage 100%

Hey i have a Dell Dimension 8250. I formatted it cause it was a neighbors computer. I formatted then after it was done my CPU usage was 100%. So i formatted it again. same. so i F-Disced it. Then reinstalled XP same. So instead of quick format i did the Non quick same. So the same neighbors gave me the same type of comp but different system. did all the same and still no different. Called Dell no help even with buisness class support. what should i do?

Was this a legitimate Windows XP CD? Or downloading from some p2p/torrent thing?

Did you download and install all the latest correct drivers for this Dimension from Dells website?
