zone alarm problem

when i install my zone alarm pro i must see it in the system tray right? but it is not there i re install it but same problems......can somebody help me..???
1.)i checked it in MSCONFIG it is one on my start up items...but my zonealarm cannot see in system tray...
2.)i checked the services of zonealarm which is "true vector" etc in services.msc but it seems automatic
3.)i checked in MSCONFIG then "services tab" and it says that my "true vector" in stopped"
if needed this is my hijackthis log file..in this log file my zone alarm is currently uninstalled already..

Zone Alarm security suite? You already have AVG anitvirus running. There should not be two antivirus programs conflicting each other.
