Dude, Slim fast is poison. Go grab yourself some Pro Complex or similar, it taste pretty good too.
I actually start weight training next monday. I have to wait for the personal trainer to show me what to do.
Sample meal
Breakfast
4 egg whites and one whole egg
1 cup(uncooked) oat meal in 8oz of skim milk
2nd breakfast(post workout)
5 egg whites
1 whole egg
3/4 cup shredded wheat(no frigin sugar)
1/2 grapefruit
1st lunch
4oz boneless skinless chicken breast grilled
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 cup broccoli
2nd lunch
3-6oz tuna (packed in water)
1 whole wheat pita pocket
1 cup cauliflower
1st dinner
4oz of lean red meat(flank steak)
non-fat cottage cheese
a piece of fruit
2nd dinner
protein shake
small salad
3 tbs non-fat salad dressing
This is just a sample. Look at all this food just for one day.
