Completely Bored...

Post by mountainman »

Am I the only person that is completely bored on the internet? I am on the computer for 8 hours per day, 5 days per week at work. It seems that when I open FireFox these days, I draw a blank on anything to look up. I end up hitting "Send/Receive" or looking over the two forums I frequent to see nothing interesting - again.

I'm hoping our move to Colorado in June or July will get me off the net for the most part and, in five years, I'll be ready to surf again.

God, I'm bored.

I understand. you go to any other forums and they're just getting to things we've already been through here or something is catching on that was news here two, three years ago.

after being off for quite a while I've been back on, during work for the most part :D , and it really is a lot of the same stuff rehashed. Not just here, but all over.

Inevetible I suppose with such a quick rise in tech and now the plateau were on is boring.

whew, kind of feel like frank in old school. was just expecting to say something funny in response to you lol

I agree. My browsing at home has been reduced to about 2 hours a day as opposed to 7 or 8, 6 months ago. I'm mostly using it whenever I need some information.

Fortunately for me, I have a very short memory so what I posted last week... is all new to me this week.

Yeah yeah.....where and when again? Stuff like that.... :D Fly back to Illinois, pick me up and fly back to CO. I could dig that for awhile. :thumb:

If it wasn't for competition gaming, I'd be the the same boat as you Brandon. Every few days or so, I'll check in here, then everyday I check emails, clan forums, then the ST1300 owners site/forums. Few Fighting Illini forums, but after that......done.

We are shooting to move in late June or first of July. I have got to start living somewhere I like. Life is too short to live in a crappy location. Also, working from home and setting my own schedule will rock quite a bit too.

If anyone heads to Denver once I'm there, make sure to look me up. We're looking at some places about 20 minutes south of downtown Denver.

I. Can't. Wait.

Hop a cheap SW flight from MDW and you have a place to stay once we're there. We're looking at some 4 bedroom homes. They'll be plenty big.
