Memtest86 - http://www.memtest86.com/

SuperPi - http://www.xtremesystems.com/pi/

SP2004 (Single Core) - http://sp2004.fre3.com/download.htm

SP2004 (Dual Core) - http://sp2004.fre3.com/beta/beta2.htm

SP2004 is your best bet for stress testing your system. Memtest86 is by far the best memory diagnostic though.

Why would we laugh at you for overclocking? :rotfl:

That can happen over time. Maybe take a look into a better cooling solution. HSF, case fans, etc.. Depends on how much you were pushing it.

laugh at me for OC'ing cause that wasnt the first thing i checked, didnt even think about it. bad trouble shooting skills lol,
its a 2.8 ht stock, pushed to 3.36 but running it at stock, i have a stock side fan intake, replaced the stock heastsink with sone copper thingy with a fan in the middle of it, 80mm pulling in fro the front and an 80 mm pushing out the back, PS also draws fom inside the case and exaust's out the back

no biggie, ill just run stock
