i was wondering why sometimes my computer when going to a site that i no is real, it goes to my search engine(google) and shows the link to the site. i click on it, but it doesnt open. and sometimes when i click on a link from a google search it just goes to a popup site. do i have a corrupted shdoclc.dll file? how can i fix this problem?

I found that I have 2 copies of that file on my computer.

one is located at C:\WINNT\ServicePackFiles\i386 <---- size 324 KB
and the other is located at C:\WINNT\system32 <--- size 521 KB

I am running Win 2K pro SP3 IE V6.0.2800.1106 Just incase this info helps you
