nope i didn't use cable nut only TCPoptimizer and I put 254 in defaultTOS? But either I change it back to 80 or 136 it is still in 2?

Recommended RWINs: 64240, 128480, 256960, 513920, 1027840

Test your speed setting the red valus for rwin and dont waste your time with tos value, because it is overwritten by your isp
