Hi. I was wondering if you guys would tell me what the best settings would be in order to improve network performance (downloads and browsing). My advertised internet speed is 12 Mbps. I am running Windows 7 Professional x64, fully updated, Outpost Firewall 9.3 and Malwarebytes Anti Exploit. Thanks a lot in advance.

Your basic settings seem ok, but I would run the TCP Optimizer selecting "optimal" settings, then run a speed test and see how it behaves.
For fine-tuning, you may also try different QoS setting, seems your ISP either allows custom ones, or sets them (The ToS/DSCP at the bottom of the Analyzer results). They can be changed from the "Advanced" tab in the TCP Optimizer, the online documentation explains how.
I hope this helps.
