Nag window

hi, I was using callclerk for getting caller id on my pc. It lets you try out everything it can do but i only wanted it for called id. There was a 30 day trial for full feature that stopped working a week or so ago. Now every day when i boot up it gives my a nag window asking if i would like to buy the full version which i don't want to. Is there a way I can stop this nag window from popping up.

Plz keep in mind that this isn't a internet popup.
