Speedstream DSL AMP protocol driver for windows 2000

Was running speed stream 3060 upgraded to the 4100 how do I get rid of the speedstream dslamp protocol driver that is left over from the 3060 uninstall.

When I try to I get this and it is not even being used.

Question I uninstalled the 3060 driver software and removed the modem from the case. The new 4100 is working great.
Now I have left over in my device manger Efficient networks RFC 1483 virtual mini port.
Is it safe to delete this

I just upgrades from a Speed stream 3060 to a 4100.
The 3060 connected at 1.3MB the 4100 connects at 100 MPS is their something wrong here and if so how do I correct it.
