Well the server type is random when you make a new chracter. The pass just guarantees you'll get on the server where the person bought it from. You would need someone in game to buy you the worldpass from the titan server.

No you can't use our mouse to look at least not im my experience. It takes some getting used to but most ppl get used to it and adjust using the compact KB settings.
