From my limited knowledge ... yes they would affect streaming. All those tweaks are for online gaming - minimum or low amount of data and no "local" buffering - no altency ...

After a few days of testing

I dont use Intel Management Engine, dont update these drivers. They cause a lot of issues.You should of uninstalled it before going back to System Restore Point with not installed intel ME drivers. You still can uninstall the drivers from Device Manager or somewhere else.

As for PERFORMANCE_BOOSTER_v3.0 every time I open it I made some changes or include something. Its still not finished but if someone wants to test it here. Its quite different than v2 with more tweaks and sections.

No, i dont think its working with the RSSQueues to 4 at my System. It setting Queues to 2 first then trys to set to 4 because there is no Powershell command to set it to max. We will see if your fix is working on my System with 4 Queues, I bet it works only on your System. Why you dont post it ...

If you compare our settings, you can see what is different. You changed CTCP and went on CUBIC. You have Autotuning enabled, which is the only thing I will experiment more. I have it on desabled and was thinking setting Highlyrestricted.

Ye nice. On first look I have one small correction to make. Transmit Buffers Should be equal or 2x time bigger that Receive Buffers. You send more packets than receive.
