If i send you screenshot from wireshark, will you be able to tell me if it sends delayed ack. In wireshark forums, someone said, that ack packets with no tcp payload, are probably delayed ack and i have these. I wasn't able to google how to analyze delayed ack, i have no experience with wireshark ...

It didn't work in windows 10 for longest time was impossible to set via powershell and i think regedit changes did nothing aswell. Can i somehow confirm it is working, could i look for example for ack packets with wireshark. To confirm nagling is disable, i am not familiarized how nagling work.

It is still not possible to disable nagling in Windows 10? I am interested if anything changed.

I reworded and added information to the article. You are correct that "priority" should be something higher than the default of 2, however, it only has effect if "Scheduling Category" is something other than "High", so if all the other tweaks are applied it's not used.
