Uptaded build to 4.1.1.

Changed the recommended optimal congestion control provider from CTCP to CUBIC for newer Windows 10 and Server 2019 builds.

CUBIC works slightly better for pure throughput when packet loss is not an issue.
CTCP may work slightly better for VoIP and gaming in combination ...

why the 4.1.0 version is not here?

The TCP Optimizer has been updated to version 4.0.9.

Nope, It doesn't. It is in the OS language ( spanish in my case)

Can you post a screenshot of command prompt: netsh int tcp show global

If it doesn't have lines for "Receive-Side Scaling State", or "Receive Segment Coalescing State" they will not show at program start. This is likely OS-version, or NIC dependent.

I'd like a bit more info if you don't mind:
Was it any different with the previous version of the Optimizer?
Are you starting the TCP Optimizer as an Administrator?
What is your Network Adapter brand/model?
Does it show selected when the TCP Optimizer starts?

I'm sure it is. I can enable or disable it but TCP Optimizer just don't show the current value

The latest version can't show the settings for RSS and RSC in my pc (win 10 home 1803)

I've Been testing some settings manually and the problem begins when I switch the TCP Window Auto - Tuning to " experimental"( 4.0 suggest that in optimal mode) . I do not know why is this affecting the performance of my computer but it 's happening so i'm keeping this on "normal"

Totally sure. I've restored my latest settings ( the optimal settings from 3.08) and everything is back fine. There is something that breaks my w7 :(

I've tried this on Windows 7 (64bit) with optimal settings and broke my OS totally. Apps frozen and lagged. i'm back to 3.0.8 version
