Keight remember like i said to Katherine reg files cant be done like the old windows,has to be done while in the registry..import ok...i had zero problems with mine...wrote it as a reg file in notepad 8 and in unicode..ok other wise it will loose all the characters..and wala..

use this-netsh interface tcp set global congestionprovider=ctcp-worked for me on the run as administrator command prompt by right clicking command prompt and click run as administrator
