Restore settings to Microsoft defaults with TCP Optimizer?

Is there a way in the TCP Optimizer to do a "Factory Reset" on the settings -- i.e. to put the TCP settings back to the "out of the box" settings that Microsoft uses? When I chose Windows Defaults and applied and rebooted, the settings were the same as when I chose Optimal. I am trying to compare ...

I have a Dual-WAN router and had two broadband providers at one point. The router combines the pipes into a mega pipe and there was greater speed but HTTPS sites like banks and credit cards companies didn't work very well with it. I don't know if that is the result of a bad software implementation ...

I don't know if FiOS is having big problems but since upgrading from 50/25 to 75/35 service my speeds have been terrible. At first they changed to 50/39 i.e. down speed the same and a significant increase in up speeds, but now two days after the upgrade went into effect, they're at 50 down and less ...
