How to find out if my Desktop is using DHCP for wired LAN connection and for wireless Internet connection?

My problem is as follows:

My office Desktop is connected through LAN for file sharing.

For Internet access I use wireless connection.

But In order to access internet I had to disable the LAN Connection. Both does not work together.
