I'm having the same problem, XP or 2003. I just delete these two key off the interface and it work great after that.

After I run tcpoptimizer, I have to go into the registry to delete TcpAckFrequency = 1500 TcpDelAckTicks = 1500 key. Every thing else I leave it as tcpoptimizer recommended. Do you know if there are any benefit of why tcpoptimizer recommend these setting? It even made the change in XP when ...

I think there a bug in the tcp Optimizer. I try to tweak one of my Windows 2003 server and it change TcpAckFrequency = 1500 TcpDelAckTicks = 1500 even when in optimal it default n/a. This might be one of the problem that cause windows 2003 server to be transfer at a very low speed. I don't know ...
