I installed a download Manager, because I never got more then 600KB/s. I don't know why. I read in an other thread, that Win7 limit the speed to 600KB/s. But I don't know, how to fix this (the download manager helped, because he starts more then one connection ...

I also did the IDM speed test ( ftp://ftp.inode.at ) I just got 600 KB/s so still the same speed. Could it be possible ...
