The at@t technician came out and gave me a new modem,free of charge. So problem fixed.
At&t has the best customer support I've experienced out of all my other Isp's
.....especially Comcast.

Incredibly slow download speeds all of a sudden
I'm using a 2wire modem/router and until a couple days ago I was getting pretty fast download speeds. Now it takes me over a minute to download a 4mb file. I know the problem has to be with my isp and not my computers because I haven't really done anything different and the slow speed is effecting ...
