Hey guys, I've got some weird problem going on with my internet connection lately.
When running ANY speed test from ANY site, it gets roughly half-way though, hangs for a second or two, then ramps up and slams the end quickly, giving false readings like 80+ Mbps - OR, it will just be slow as crap ...

At the risk of sounding stupid, I'm not able to tweak my broadband like I used to with XP...
