Ok, downloads seem to still be working, i have also changed the values.
I have not noticed a small increase in speed..
Speedtest shows
4153 kbps down (~4.15 Mbps, 507 KB/s) ↓
376 kbps up (~0.38 Mbps, 46 KB/s) ↑
TBH I have seen better but this is much better than i have been getting recently ...

Hi, can anyone Recommend a firewall , i dont mind if it is free or not.
I used to use ZoneAlarm Pro, which i thought was good, but after recent problems with my internet downloads, i have had to remove this

Downloads do not work .
Since around May i cannot download ANY file from ANY server, and i do not know why.
I may have used TuneUp 2009 which has changed some internet settings
It would say it was completed after downloading 1/100th of the file...
I tried to use tcp optimizer, which i'm not sure really if i have used it ...
