My net seems to have selective lagging... I get up to 800kbps speed on speedtest but whenever I play on this certain WoW server, its so lag it's unplayable. Lets say its not isp side, from the tracert, is anything odd/different or looks like the problem?

Hi I'm using PLDT dsl and suddenly my speed dropped from 700++ kbps to 200-300 kbps. I've read and tried all the tweaks from the threads that were posted before this to no avail...

I'm using Vista, and a router. Advertised speed is up to 1mbps.. Not really expecting that but I'm not even getting ...
