Help about my ADSL settings
Hello, I'm from Serbia and have ADSL 512/64 on sagem f@st 800-840 modem PPPoE LLC and beote.net ISP.
I have problem because my downloading speed is not constant in utorrent.
I used speed guide in utorrent but download speed is always about 26 KB/s,
and sometimes it goes to 47-50 but then again on 27 ...
