Ok there is my picture downloading at 1.6mb's per second on Halo Trail PC....

This is what I'm getting I do speedtest.net to but its a lot of the times inacurate for me...

I'm in USA and I'm paying to get 10mb's/512kb's Thanks.

No I mean thats what they offer for there higest I only get the 5mb package I was wondering if I set the Maxium Kilobytes to what the higest they offer or what I pay for

I get 5mb's for download and 500kb's for upload and the largest they offer would be 10mb's for Download and like 1mb for upload I think would I be able to ...
