Based off your zip code these are the ISPs in your area.

Road Runner Business(Most likely his ISP)
Earthlink Highspeed
Road Runner(Or he could have this)
Comcast cable(Prbly your cable company)
Bell South

You may have two cable companies in your city and he could be getting the internet ...

There is a way to get access to the site. 1.) Turn your modem off for like 5 minutes and you might get a different ip (but the ip is still from Canada). 2.) The best option is to go though and American Proxy server.

I've got an idea. Since your problem seems to be the hop to 69.130.116.17 and then every thing after that is crap, try a trace route to 66.98.244.1 . Because if this works the way I think it should your second router you run into wont be 69.130.116.17 but it will be 69.130.116.2 and then you can ...

flatulatta, do you mean 150 megabits or megabytes? If megabytes your connection is working good. Because Gigabit is 1024 bits per sec. There are 8 bits in a byte and so if you divide 1024/8 you get 128. so you have a speed of 128 megabytes per second. Compared to 100mbps/8=12.5 mb/s

Not to rat on Vista but some of the drivers have been reported not working the greatest. Although this doesn't happen much on already made systems (Dell) as much as it does on user built systems or if your running X64(64 bit).

with that you might have to set up a route. Go ahead and try it that way but if that fails i suggest this.

Router A=192.168.2.1
Router B=192.168.2.2

Router A=DHCP Range of 192.168.2.3 to "what ever you desire"
Router B=DHCP Off

And you should be set :thumb:
