I have just spotted a couple of yellow lights at the bottom of my Azureus screen.

My share ratio is >0.9, what effect does that have?

Also, i have a yellow light on DHT firewalled, what does that mean then?

Depends on how many people you have seeding the file you need......double check that you've set the download speed to unlimited and double check you changed to the new port within azureus

Try changin ports ....there is a wiki on the subject ...they recommend 65000+


Your ISP could throttle traffic to/from that port so try changing it ...
