Two pins are bent, one is bent in a mannor that it still makes contact but its not aligned perfectly. The other pin is bent so bad that its not making contact with the correct spot. Of course its not in the manual, they only list 15 models under pc2-6400. Most of them are cheap, they dont list any good brands like mushkin ocz g.skill etc. Heck they dont even list any pc2-8000 which we all know works on this board fine.
