Actually default rwin is a routing value. It depends from your bandwidth. It starts from 8192, jumps to 17520 and 65535 for speeds up to 1mbit

Actually you dont need to check windows scalling. If you need for some latency reasons RWIN more than 65535, windows xp activates automatically windows scalling. Maybe some of you disagree witn this opinion, because its not written, but it works :D

u have to optimize the tos value.
Download tcp optimizer go to the advance settings and put these values.

Nonbesteffortlimit : 0
disableusertossetting : 0
defaulttosvalue : 136

Apply the settings, restart and make another analyzer to see if u r ok :D

u cannot tweak UDP protocol.
The only u can do is to open all ports of P2P soft and if u have sp2 to limit the connections from 10 to 50

I tested those values but as i can see in tests 13140 or even less than that, gets the best speeds, about 2%-3% better.

I need a comment of my router maximum frame size if u know anything about that.
