Can the filter affect the speed of my internet? Like if i filter the modem >.<

Oh i believe i have one.. a phone splitter.

Too bad my phone and my modem share the same phone jack.. So i don't know what to do.

So i put a filter in every phone jack, EXCEPT the one where my modem connects to right?

Should i put a filter where my modem is? Does it slow it down or something?

I know its a good company, but i just want to know if there has been anyone using charter and that it is slow. I want a fast connection =D.

There is a good offer at http://www.charter.com right now. They said 3mbps for 26.99 for a year. Right now im using SBC Yahoo dsl which is crap crap. They said they offer 3mbps and i wonder if they would really give you the speed. I havn't seen any complaints about Charter cable yet so anyone know ...

Help!! Im using Sbc Yahoo Dsl! Im paying for the 1.5mb dsl connection but im downloading at a ridiculous speed of 20kbs never faster. I need some good tweaking methods! Thanks guys and girls!
