after my last reformat, i have been getting super slow speeds. without downloading anything i get 30-40 average, then while downloading 3 or 4 files it jumps down to a slow 2-3kbs? before my reformat i had a steady 100-200kbs ...

if my sources are correct, they check your height/weight and stuff. its pretty basic, and the one part you will fear is the... "turn and cough" part.
